1. About Coastal Boat Wraps

Coastal Boat Wraps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sells custom-made boat decals, vinyl wraps, lettering, and related products. Most items we sell are produced to your specifications and are made-to-order.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@coastalboatwraps.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occur. If we identify a pricing or description error after you place an order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment is due at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders, orders that violate these Terms, or orders we cannot fulfill.

4. Custom Products and Artwork

Because most of our products are made-to-order based on your specifications:

Order accuracy is your responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the spelling, registration numbers, dimensions, colors, fonts, and placement details before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

Proofs. When we provide a digital proof for your approval, production will not begin until you approve it. Please review proofs carefully — we will produce exactly what you approve.

Color matching. Colors on screen may differ from the final product due to monitor calibration, vinyl finish, lighting, and substrate. We make reasonable efforts to match the colors you select but cannot guarantee an exact match.

Artwork you submit.By uploading or sending us artwork, logos, photos, text, or other content (“Customer Content”), you represent and warrant that you own it or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce it on the products you order. You agree to indemnify and hold Coastal Boat Wraps harmless from any claim arising from Customer Content, including claims of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property infringement.

You grant us a limited license to use your Customer Content solely to produce, ship, and provide customer support for your order.

Our designs. Any artwork, templates, or designs created by Coastal Boat Wraps remain our property unless we agree in writing to transfer rights.

5. Production and Shipping

Production timelines, shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Custom-made items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except where the item is defective or shipped in error. Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. See the full policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photos, and the Coastal Boat Wraps name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site to browse and place orders.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit Customer Content that infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, obscene, or violates applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users' use of it.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment information, or shipping details.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Vinyl products are subject to wear from sun, weather, water exposure, and use; we do not warrant a specific lifespan for installed materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Boat Wraps and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coastal Boat Wraps and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
